thanks soooo much for the emails, i try to read and respond as much as i can, but please keep in mind:
1.) i get really far behind on emails - sorry :(
2.) if an email is really really really long, i probably won't have time to read the whole thing :(
3.) i never read emails that are written in ALL CAPS. it hurts my eyes.
